What do I do if I forgot my password?

From the app:

  1. Tap Log In
  2. Tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions.

What can I do if I don't receive a password reset email?

If you're not receiving the password reset email, it's possible that the email is going in your email's spam filter or that you mistyped your email when you first signed up for Mosaic. To find your password reset email try, the following:

  • Check your spam filter on your email account
  • Get in touch with your email service provider to make sure that you're able to get emails from the @watchmosaic.com domain.
  • If you mistyped your email address when signing up for your account, we're not able to give you access to this account.

What can I do if I don't receive a password reset email?

If your email address isn't being found when you try to reset your password, you may have registered with a different email or mistyped your email when you first signed up. Try the following:

  1. Tap Log In
  2. Tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions.

Unfortunately, if you can't access the email account you registered with, we're unable to give you access to the account.

The links in the password reset emails are time sensitive. If you've received an email but still aren't able to log in, try sending yourself a password reset email again by selecting the "Forgot Password" link on Mosaic's Login screen.

What is a One Time Password and how do I use it?

A One Time Password is a temporary password we can send you to securely log back into your Mosaic account. Tap on the One Time Password link and follow the instructions.
