Can I watch Mosaic on my HBO GO/HBO NOW account?

No, the Mosaic app handles accounts separately from HBO.

However, starting January 22nd, you’ll be able to watch the six-part linear series of Mosaic on HBO GO and HBO NOW.

How do I log out of my Mosaic account?

From the app:

  1. Tap on the Menu button
  2. Tap on Sign Out

  2. Tap on Account

From Apple TV:

  1. From the Mosaic Map screen, bring up the Navigation Tab Bar at the top of the screen and select Settings
  2. Scroll down and select Account from the Setting Menu.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password if you registered with an email address.

  1. Tap on the Menu button
  2. Tap on Account
  3. Tap on Change Password
  4. Enter your current password and a new password into the text fields and then tap Save.

How can I restart Mosaic with a new viewing history?

You can restart Mosaic from the beginning with a new viewing history (your chapter choice selections and current position in the story) by taking the following steps:

  1. Tap on the Menu button
  2. Tap on Account
  3. Tap on Clear History
  4. Confirm that you want to Clear History from the alert modal. Mosaic will reset your history and start you at the beginning chapter on the Story Map.

How can I sync my viewing history across multiple devices?

By creating an account, we already sync your viewing history across multiple devices. Just log in with your Mosaic account to any of the platforms that we currently offer - iOS, tvOS, Android, and web. Check on the App Store/Play Store to make sure we support your device and OS version.
