This Service is provided by PODOP with content, including the program Mosaic by Steven Soderbergh, provided by Home Box Office, Inc. (“HBO”). By virtue of this relationship, HBO may also collect Personal Information that you provide as a result of your use of the Service. Additionally, PODOP and third party service providers authorized by us may share certain Usage Information with HBO. Such Usage Information and Personal Information may be used by HBO to identify products and services that may be of interest to you, for research, analysis and to assist in the improvement of our Service, to communicate with you, and in connection with promotions conducted by us, by HBO, or jointly.
PODOP does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. PODOP is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other websites on the Internet, even those linked to or from the PODOP site. PODOP is not directed to nor is it intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (or any information at all) from any persons under 18 years old.
