How do I change my password?

You can change your password by tapping on the Change Password button within Menu > Account. Enter your current password and a new password in the field below. Make sure your new password is at least 6 characters long.

How do I delete my account?

If you created an account using an email address and password, please contact us at support@podop.com.

If you created an account using Facebook, you can disable the Mosaic app in your Facebook account under Settings > Apps.

If you’re not receiving the password reset email, it may be blocked by your spam filter settings. It’s also possible that you mistyped your email when you first signed up for Mosaic. To find your password reset link, try the following:

  • Check your spam folder in your email account
  • Get in touch with your email service provider to make sure that you're able to get emails from the @watchmosaic.com domain.
  • If you mistyped your email address when signing up for your account, we're not able to give you access to this account.
